Unlike many test prep guides for the SAT I, these guides won't re-teach you information you already need to know. Instead, they will just go over tips and strategies for doing your best on the test. So if you need a review of a subject before the SAT II test, it's best to use your textbook.
There aren't as many guides available for SAT subject tests as there are for the SAT I. I've tried to include only guide books that were recently published and have a high rating to help ensure that you're getting the best advice possible, which is why you'll see a mix of authors.
For subject tests that are not listed here, or if you just want an overview of all the tests, I suggest you check out The Official Study Guide for All SAT Subject Tests.
